Defendant arrested for domestic violence at Los Angeles Airport.  He arrived at the airport with his girlfriend. An argument followed and she accused him of having struck her.  She showed the police a lip injury.  Mr. Charles, a resident of Chicago, Illinois, hired our firm to defend him in the Los Angeles Superior Court.   We subpoenaed video recordings at the airport and interviewed known witnesses.  A careful review of the video footage showed that our client was not the aggressor; that his girlfriend was.    After discussions with the prosecution, all domestic violence charges were dismissed.
